Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Associates helps transport agencies around Oklahoma City design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
