Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Pine Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Oklahoma City and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
