Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Quarry Health Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
