Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
