Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
