Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
