Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Banking Services is a regional lender in New Orleans with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 501 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
