Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
