Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Linden Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
