Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Orchard Energy Group is an energy provider in Nashville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
