Nova Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 456 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
