Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
