Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
