Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
