Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Nest Financial Group serves customers across Milwaukee with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
