Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Miami, FL)

Silverline Haven Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
