Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Nova Iron Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 430 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
