Northwind West Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
