Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
