Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
