Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
