Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Nova Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Memphis, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
