Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Financial serves customers across Memphis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
