Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
