Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
