Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Summit Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
