Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Umber Foods produces packaged foods at its Memphis plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 321 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
