Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
