Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
