Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Foods Group is a Louisville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit.
