Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Umber Civic Services supports public agencies in Little Rock with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
