Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
