Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
