Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Beacon Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Las Vegas area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
