Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Las Vegas area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
