Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
