Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
