Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
