Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
