Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods is a Kansas City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
