Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
