Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Corner Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
