Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Telecom Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
