Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Corner Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
