Harborlight Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
