Summit Kestrel Financial is a financial-services company in Honolulu, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
