Northwind Glen Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
