Nova Umber Foods Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
