Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Amber Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
