Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
